Paul Scanlon

Managing Director

Paul is an MBA qualified experienced Director with significant cross-sector leadership experience in successfully leading the delivery of commercial services post contract, as well as procurement and strategy development experience across a range of complex, large scale major projects. In addition, Paul is a registered Chartered Construction Manager and associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul has proven ability in key stakeholder and client management, process development and data management, commercial modelling and development of business processes and procedures.

Adam Scanlon

Partner

Adam is an MBA qualified executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the rail industry (UK and Middle East) which spans across Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance Delivery. In addition a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Clients appreciate Adam’s integrity, transparency, energy and commitment to the delivery of client assignments. A team player who confidently delivers on strategic objectives.

José Maria Guedes

Engineering & Asset Management – Lead

Jose Maria Guedes is an MBA-qualified senior manager with over 15 years of experience in the rail and construction industries (Portugal, Africa and Middle East) which spans across Project Management, Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance Delivery. In addition, Jose is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Ordem dos Engenheiros, the regulatory and licensing body for the engineering profession in Portugal, as well as a member of many international engineering organisations.

Jose is motivated in challenging environments and by solving complex problems through implementation of innovative solutions – a team player who likes to develop people by enhancing their strengths and always defending WMC’s and its client’s best interests.

Lynsay Anderson

HR & Office Manager

Lynsay is a self-motivated and solutions driven leader and team member with an honours degree in Marketing, with 20 years of international experience in problem solving, people management and customer focus, serving global blue-chip companies. 

With an exceptional aptitude for communicating in a professional environment and inspiring others to perform to the best of their abilities, Lynsay is principally responsible for managing our human resource and office functions.
